Policies and Procedures:
All Student Shuttle is dedicated to making your life easier. You can put your mind at ease knowing your student will be transported in the safest possible manner. Driver's have company phones and are in constant communication with our office, so even if your child's shuttle is delayed in a traffic jam, you will be notified when they are running late. Make the easy decision . . .

Shuttle Rules:

Seat belts are to be worn at all times. Absolutely NO STANDING allowed when the shuttle is in motion.

Passengers will not be allowed to board or depart from the vehicle until the vehicle has come to a full stop and the driver has opened the door.

Absolutely NO smoking.

Cell phones are permitted as long as it is not disturbing to the driver. NOTE: Parents, have your children turn down the volume on their ring tones.

Listening and obeying the driver during pick up, transport, and delivery is a MUST. If necessary, the driver may assign seats.

All passengers should be ready to board the shuttle when it arrives to pick them up. Please be on time. We want to make sure everyone reaches their destination in a timely fashion.

Inappropriate behavior on the part of the child or the parent will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate shuttle rides for disruptive & unruly children.

NO FIGHTING, BULLYING, ARGUING or PHYSICAL CONTACT with the driver and/or other passengers.

We are not liable for passengers' items left on our shuttles.
All Parents will receive a complete detailed list of Shuttle Rules upon confirmation of reservation.
Emergency Instructions:
Please call us at (281) 619-8309 at least 3 hours in advance with your name, your telephone number, your child's name and the nature of the emergency. If no one is available, please leave a message or email us at allstudentshuttle@gmail.com, messages are checked frequently. If we can accommodate your emergency pick up, we will confirm with a telephone call.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to pick up. Otherwise, a $10 service fee will be added to your account in addition to the days' transportation fee, if your child is not at the pre-arranged pickup location.
Inclement Weather:
For the safety of our passengers and drivers, All Student Shuttle does not operate during inclement weather conditions; we follow the weather advisories for local ISD's.
